Conference Cata-log, is a unique professional development platform, that allows a concise review of the attended conferences, seminars and meetings. The participants can easily reference prior information when necessary and to ensure efficient growth and development.

The Time table/ Program can be quickly reviewed and specific sessions highlighted to easily plan the days presentation attendance and meeting program.

After searching and saving presenters or sessions of interest to the ‘Showbag’, a concise record of all the contacts, networks and important sessions are collated for easy retrieval post the event. The ‘Showbag’ design allows easy access to review previous meetings on any HTML device (PC, laptop, tablets and smart phones), through this cloud based platform.

The information that can be accessed from prior events includes:-
- All meeting notes assigned to the specific session,
- All presentations and papers that the presenter has provided,
- All background information regarding the presenter or session and any contact details.

The HTML platform allows for significant printing cost reductions and also a secure site to store conference proceedings.

The ‘Cata-log’ Instant message also allows participants to provide feedback during the presentation or make contact regarding more technical or specific information. The instant message option allows for presenters to present dynamic presentations that include the audience questions and direction.

Presenters and Sessions

Mini-sites about the Presenter, Session and Sessions Sponsor are able to provide a professional platform where their profile can be easily accessed and display all of the qualifications and background that is relevant to their presentation and/ or session.

The presentation notes and related documents can be added to the reference section within the presenters/ Session mini-site, participants can easily access the mini-site before, during and well after the event.

If Presenters want to provide an interactive presentation, then questions can be asked and answers supplied, by ‘Contactable’ participants.

The networking potential and ease of data retrieval are core to the success of the conference and the design of the App. The participants ‘Showbag’, allows the participant to search, save and make contact with presenters and exhibitors prior to the event. But most importantly it allows the participants to build and review the ‘Showbag’ throughout the conference and at anytime after the event has well and truly finished.

The data input by the committees has been designed to leverage off current databases and minimise extra staff input. Appticon has easy formats to help Data upload or otherwise our team can input the data as required.

Cata-log has been designed to increase the connectedness and longevity of the two parties, to allow maximum value to be gained from the event.

The exhibitors can create increased leads, by delivering a sales pitch that requires the participants to ensure they make themselves ‘Contactable’. Once the Participant is confident with the exhibitor and has made the connection a very streamlined leed pathway has been created.

Exhibitors can edit their profile and upgrade from the basic package to ‘Cata-log Premium’ or ‘Cata-log light’, allowing the various benefits that the App provides.
